Hands down, the best WiFi Mesh Router out there. Simple setup, reliable equipment. I've installed many of these for friends and family.

House is a ranch, 2700 sq. feet on the first floor, additional 1800 sq. feet of finished basement. Wifi router is on the north side of the house in the basement, south side of the house upstairs had sketchy connections. Put the router in the basement, one access point upstairs in the middle of the house and another one in a southerly bedroom and the whole house is rockin' full speed. Might add another access point to the garage area or nearer the pool but just to get a better connection - it still reaches out pretty far! Only complaint is that the access points are super expensive on their own.

The Nest WiFi replaced my older Netgear router. When I first set it up at my Texas Hill Country home, I was only getting about 78 mbps, even though I was getting about 490 mbps when I hard-wired the modem straight to my PC. I had restart everything (modem, router, PC) a couple of times, but I finally got the 490 mbps at all Nest Points. I periodically ask "Hey, Google" to do a speed test, as well as testing at my PC, and the speed has stayed consistent throughout the house, upstairs and in the garage. Great product, easy set-up, looks good, and provides a nice source for music and info.

Easy to setup and looks great in each room. Took some moving around to find the best spot for them. We have a 7000 sq foot 3 level home and this was all we needed.

We are very happy with the Google mesh. It was so easy to set up. I wish I knew they had a new setup coming out. The new mesh system is much less expensive.

This is a good but not great mesh system from my experience with it. You have to make sure that the main hub and the point have a good connection with each other. Which I have mine in my living room and then put the point and my bedroom and had horrible connection with it. I wound up putting the point in my upstairs hallway just to have a good connection. It works but not where i would want to have the point. Also with the main hub when streaming I have problem with it. The hub is right next to the TV and I have loading issues sometimes with it. I know its not my internet cause when I hard wire the TV in I have no problems. Also setting them up was a pain as well as I had problem setting up the point with the google app.

Setup was very simple, and WiFi coverage is much better than my previous setup (Router + Extender). Much easier when everything uses the same network. I'm used to administering my network, so the simplified interface takes some getting used to, but the time savings is appreciated. That said, if I insisted on having more control over the Routing functions I'd probably look elsewhere. As it is, I'm happy with the product so far (about 3 months in.) Oh, and having the access point also function as a smart speaker is one of the features my family loves about this item.

I was having issues with a different mesh extension access point where my devices were not effectively switching between it and the FIOS router. I added this to the network and turned off FIOS Wifi. No issues at this point. I haven't been able to get the FIOS router into bridge mode so there is maybe a double NAT experience that could have performance issues in some cases. Not the Nest Wifi issue. The ability to manage the specifics of this network is more challenging as it is not as accessible (or complicated) as most of the other routers. I would like to be able to access 'Advanced Settings'. Performance is good but not great. Overall, very happy with the purchase and would buy it again.

It bumped my speed up tremendously and it was so easy to set up. I highly recommend this product

An amazing router that covers the whole house(2 stories)/backyard without any drop of the internet. I was using Netgear AC1900 before but that isn't anywhere close to this router. The Netgear router was struggling to offer dedicated bandwidth and it needed rebooting several times during a day. To my joy, I have never restarted my nest wifi mesh. This is such a fantastic product and kudos to Google for making such a reliable product and sincere compliments to Best Buy for making it available quickly during this stressful time when reliable internet has become an essential thing.

If you want simple and reliable solution to your WiFi this is it. Very easy to setup. Modular so you can always add more access points to get coverage in all areas of the house as well as back yard.

Nest WiFI Router and Points work well to create a mesh network. The Nest points have Google assistant built in. I also converted an earlier Google WiFI router to use as an additional point, and it works fine with the Nest WiFI mesh system. Overall the mesh system is stable, it's always on at home and we don't come to know when devices switch between points. The app comes with features like testing WiFI strength, showing all the connected devices at each point, setting up a Guest WiFI. The only disappointment however is they don't have an ethernet port, which the earlier Google WiFI points had. I actually prefer the Google WiFI point for that reason.

Great product. Google made these incredibly easy to setup and they really help boost the internet speed throughout the house. A definite must-purchase!

Wi fi has never been as great as it is now. Complete coverage of my 2300 sq ft home. Including outside. Will never go back to simple wi fi. Mesh is the future.

The ease of the google home App with this system makes things all that much better. Great system for the house, I noticed it sped up my wifi which was great!

I bought this since one of my rooms was to far from the router . I love how this mesh system works . Use own Google app and get everything to work easy setup

We purchased a new home and this router with the point was recommended in order to make sure we didn't end up with any dead spots. We have a 3,000 sf home and the router with the 1 point works great. The signal does not lag on any of the 3 levels. We weren't originally aware of all the extras that the Google system provides and we have had a blast exploring the smart home options including the ability to access and adjust our smart thermostat all the way to the locate my phone option. The speaker system on the point is a very nice feature and I find myself using it a lot more frequently.
