I used to rely on a Wi-Fi extender to reach other parts of house. And that was sketchy. Download speeds were lower on the extender. Coverage not great and the SSID was different. We were constantly switching Wi-Fi networks or turning off all together. This system gives me coverage throughout entire house. Including basement. And I have concrete floor between first and basement. All bedrooms have same download speed that router receives. And no switching networks! One SSID everywhere. The access points are also Google Home speakers. Can ask for news, weather, music, etc. nice bonus.

I have a combined cable modem/wi-fi router that I've always had Wi-Fi issues with where the speeds would slow down. Also my outside Nest Cam's were having trouble connecting. I set my modem into bridge mode, used the Google Home app to add the router and points, and all was setup within 15min. Created a new wireless network name and added all my devices. I have a 1350sq house with detached garage. I probably could've went with one point, but this works great in my house. Having built-in Google Assistant and speakers in the points is a plus. The speaker in each point actually sounds pretty good.

best investment we've purchased. No more drops, no fighting over wifi, no dead spots. Easiest set up i've ever experienced. saved our family ;-)

Reliable way to get WiFi throughout house. Speed is great on the main router ~650Mbps and but only ~150Mbps on the points, which is still good enough. Starts to show fewer bars about 15 feet away, but still gets serviceable signal. The ability to set WiFi schedules per-device is a plus with kids. The ability to play music or set alarms using voice via Google Assistant on the points (though strangely not the router) is something I end up using pretty often.

Purchased nest wifi to extend my google wifi coverage. The new nest wifi must be setup with google home, not google wifi. The new nest wifi router has better coverage so I did a complete install using nest wifi moving google wifi to a mesh point. I have 4 google assistant devices and door bell and cameras. To reset the google devices you have to hold down the vol up and down at the same time. After resetting all devices the system works better and more reliable than google wifi. The setup is easy from scratch but a little more involved switching wifi networks.

I was having huge problems with my Xfiniity wifi - going out all the time, speeds slowing to nearly nothing, and after multiple hours on the phone with them, I decided to give Google Nest Wifi a shot. I'm so glad I did. It has made such a huge difference in speed throughout the house, and the wifi is consistent. I was having multiple outages a week with Xfinity; I've had one since getting Google Nest Wifi, and it was very short-lived. This is a pricey item, but very much worth it. I work solely at home and am on Zoom all day. No problems with that anymore.

This thing works great. Easy to configure in the Google Home app. I just wish there were a couple ethernet ports so I didn't need to buy a switch.

As easy to set up as the original Google WiFi mesh system but SO much faster and dramatically better coverage! No dead spots and the end of buffering.

If you are trying to have google home setup and looking for a mesh system. Then i would definitely recommend getting a google mesh router

Like most of the Google products out there its so easy to setup. Takes about 10-15 minutes to have Wifi throughout your house. Easy to monitor who's connected and set access controls for my kids.

Purchased this to replace 5 year old router. Wow. Much better performance. The 2 pack cover our 3600 square foot 2 story house including the finished basement.

Have strong coverage throughout the whole house, front porch & deck. Easy to set up, no issues to get running.

A very good product! Only problem I have is one of the mesh drop signal sometimes. But it does help my wifi range.

Another great product from Google. The internet speed is fast and the added Point provides expanded coverage.

Easy set up and got us the coverage needed everywhere in the home and with everyone on (kids for school, 3 adults for work) this does the job!

This has helped expand our WiFi to all rooms in the home. Easy setup. We have many devices in use and this helps everything stay connected
