I own an IT business and I purchased this for a client with a large house. For weeks he complained about not having wifi or having slow wifi or wifi dropping. I'd read that the Google Nest was more reliable than other Mesh wifi systems. Testing at his home was slow, very slow so I brought the system to my home. After setting up the system with just 1 access point I had nothing but troubles in the first hour. The access point dropped from the base station 3-4 times within an hour. It would usually reconnect but it took 15-30 seconds to do so. Going to be sending this back - hopefully. Very disappointed in Google.

Was having some issues in different parts of the house with telework, particularly skype and teams calls. Adding this mesh was easy and increased wifi access for the whole house. Definitely good for multiple device households during a pandemic.

Purchased as a replacement for cable provided router. The connection is great and I really like the mesh system, it allows better connecting throughout my home. Very satisfied with purchase and haven't had any issues.

This is the best thing we ever bought for our home. It works great and is so easy to use! Now we don't have any lost internet signals in our basement or throughout the house. They are so easy to install and use.

I had the previous version for about 2 years and it had started giving me issues with range and disconnections. I had 3 points and the OnHub router. With this new version, I only have the router and 2 points and it I get much better coverage and signal.

Seems to be working well, but several of my computers need overhauling for me to evaluate how much this product will help my speeds on the computer and live streaming on TV. I suspect I would have given this product a 5 star rating if my computers were not so slow on their own.

Bought these to replace three persnickety Ubiquiti AC-Lite access points. I haven't had issues with the WiFi connection since. It was nice to replace the existing Google Home speakers I had in my living room and master bedroom, too. Now I can use them as a stereo pair in my office.

Only the router have the ethernet port, not on any points. Not able to connect two modems like Aruba -VPN for work. So I had to return it. I hope google make the ponts with more ethernet ports.

Excellent wifi-mesh system. I was having issues with some Netgear products not staying connected. Once I switched to the Nest Wifi, my problems went away. Very happy with this purchase! Set up was a breeze.

Definitely expands the Wifi in our house. We were having trouble accessing the internet outside on our patio and upstairs and now with the Nest we are no longer experiencing delay or the constant buffering.

Got the AC1200 as a Christmas present and it solved nicely my internet signal issue in house#1. Took and installed it in house#2 which is bigger. Same result. Bought the AC2020 for permanent placement in house#1.

My new laptop computer is a different brand than the one I gave to the Gerk Squad to repair. This one is yhe eadiest computer I've ever operated. It has an audio start up file, I followed the prompts and voila!

One of the best buys I’ve ever made. This thing is amazing. I had been a loyal ASUS router fan for the past decade. The mesh network is a game changer. I didn’t realize how poor my wireless network was until I replaced it. Highly recommended!!!!

Hands down the best wireless network setup I've ever used. Our house is over 3000 square feet and we don't have a dead zone in the place. I also love the Google assistant and the speakers sound great!

You will never have to worry about internet again plus it interacts with all your smart devices I had Google assist and you can listen to music what the point I've had many routers and I would definitely recommend this

Bought this for the mesh system (to replace a less than stellar system). This one seems to work MUCH more efficiently and a bonus is the Google assistant so, among many other things, I can turn the heater on from the warmth of my bed.

We have always had trouble getting WiFi signal to our basement, but with the access point down there signal is strong and reliable. Also eliminated the lag we were getting on other devices when more than three people were actively online

Once we got this up and running, the new network works great. While setup is pretty easy, we had to do it over once we discovered that it must be set up from a device that will primarily be on that network. I.e., don't set up a relative's network using your iPhone if you live an airplane flight away.

These are a great purchase I was one of the naysayers many years ago that said I would never but they are so worth the value and they absolutely extend your Wi-Fi . The only thing I would recommend with any tech product is make sure you get a warranty

I was an early adopter of the Eero mesh network system. I upgraded to the Google Nest Wifi recently and It has been a positive experience. I have enjoyed the additional admin options to secure/monitor specific network endpoints.
