From Google to Nest, now blazing fast!

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Needed to reinforce my Wifi network and was thrilled to learn that Nest Wifi is compatible with Google Wifi. Only gripe so far was during setup. The Google Home app was definitely clunkier to add new points than with the Google Wifi app. Had multiple failed attempts before finally getting all points added to the new/upgraded mesh network. Now the run speed test says my network is “blazing fast!”

I do like that it works through the Google Home app and I don't have to have an additional app to manage it. However, I do wish there was a web access portal and it wasn't limited to just the app. I do have to reset the Wi-Fi points at least once a week because they go offline. In hindsight, I should have gone with TP-Link.

Works great with the 40+ (assistants, cell phones, laptops, tablet, 3 nest cameras, smart bulbs, TV's...) wifi devices in and around my home. I originally went with one of the big brand modem/router. I then had to ad 2 extenders. Still the furthest devices would drop out on occasion. I got this up and running faster than updating all my devices with the new wifi name & password.
