The music playback is not useful with iTunes and they tend to go offline at random times. When they go offline, the base flashes yellow, and this will wake you up. The system also is finicky with its reception to some smart appliances GOOGLE NEEDS TO UPDATE THEIR HOME APP. IT’S TERRIBLE. THEY GOT RID OF THE NEST APP.

The connectivity issue could be related to a double NAT issue which happens when you have 2 routers broadcasting the same Wi-Fi SSID and password. To fix this, we recommend disabling the Wi-Fi functionality for your modem/router combo or put it in bridge mode, then set up your Nest Wifi Router as your main router. You can then connect your other Nest Wifi Points to the Nest Wifi Router.
We've also taken note of your feedback with the Google Home app and we'll certainly go back to the drawing board to cook up new things, since we're always searching for ways to improve our products and services.
