Great signal throughout the house. It was a little different to set up now that they moved to use the google home app, but it was more or less straightforward and has a lot of functionality. I do however with there were ports I could physically plug devices into on the nodes, not just the main router.

Our house is smaller than the recommended sq ft for this set up, but after trying wifi extenders we just couldn’t get a good signal throughout our house. We do have four stories of 100 year old house to move through, so understandable. This immediately alleviated our dead spots. Full signal wifi throughout the house, no interruption. It’s been amazing!
I will say that setting it up was not so enjoyable. We have the Centurylink C4000XG modem/router. Setup involved plugging directly into the device and logging into the modem to turn off the router broadcasting so that the Nest would broadcast instead. I spent hours working on it, on the phone with centurylink and finally gave up. I did, however, go back to it the next day and had it working in 15 minutes. But if you have centurylink fiber I would Google the process and see if you’re up for it!

We were having wifi problems in our house and this Nest Wifi Mesh Router fixed it! It was easy to set up (for me because my husband set it up). We were up and running in just a few minutes. Our problems with Wifi not reaching all areas of our house are solved!

I am a huge fan of Nest products starting out with my 2nd gen Nest Thermostat and then eventually branching out to multiple outdoor cameras. I previously had the Verizon Modem / Router that they give you when you sign up for Frontier / Fios Internet. Prior to that I has Spectrum and with both Frontier and Spectrum we were getting choppy internet that would constantly disconnect and reconnect the Wi-Fi. Our download speeds were only getting any where from 24 mbps to 48 mbps. Again, after spending time on YouTube reviewing the Nest Wi-Fi, I decided to give it a try to resolve my connection issues. Set up was a breeze as is with any Nest products. Right away I noticed my download speeds had doubled and my connection up stairs (where I put the point) has always had full Wi-Fi bars; whereas before, I would only have about 2 bars. So far, I have not had any disconnects at all and have noticed faster speeds while using all my devices. I would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone looking to replace their standard Fios / Frontier Modems.

When I was looking at upgrading our wifi router, I was shown the mesh system. After some research I found that the system is the best upgrade for my household.
After talking with Best Buy staff in Colorado Spring, CO (highly recommended) we figure that best brand to go with. Since I'm already running Google items in my house, they recommended stay with Google with the Nest Wifi as install and integrating it will be smoother. And it was!
There is a lot of personal settings that it lets you do during the set-up. If you're not sure what to it, it walks you there through right there.
Setting up the Point was also easy. Find a spot, scan the QR code to connect, test the connection, and then you're done. What I found out is that the Point has a mic and speaker on it. This allows it to act like a Google Mini, which is perfect since the point lives in the office.
Even though they are not the top of the line mesh system, I'm not disappointed with the system at all.

Very straight forward, easy set up with this WiFi system I purchased to replace the older "pucks" of Google Wifi.
These give out a stronger/faster signal with greater range to create a better mesh than the originals. Also easy to use phone app to control the system.
I have no complaints!!

Got this delivered around 6pm and had it up and running within the hour.
I had been struggling with my Wifi to one side of my house for a while. I was using an old AC1700 and I upgraded that to the WRT32X. I finally got fed up with network drops and poor wifi performance in parts of the house. Especially with both wife and I working from home right now, we needed better.
The Nest mesh network has sorted us out and then some. The combination of the satellite units being both access points and Google Assistant devices is pretty awesome. We now use them to stream our music as well.
Overall, very happy with this purchase. Wifi is fast and features are great.

It was very easy to setup. As soon as we had it up and going, we could tell it was making a big difference. Streaming movies was much easier without any lag time also the distance was much better we can even get Wi-Fi signal outside in the yard.

If you use wifi at home and have more than 1500 square feet, this is almost a must-have. Signal is strong and reliable. Can be expanded with additional points for larger homes.I waited until it went on sale and I’m totally satisfied.

For a 2 years I had been using Comcast’s inferior XPods. They flat didn’t work as advertised and support was non existent. Signals frequently dropped or weren’t even. The Nest WiFi was easy to install and performance was even and outstanding throughout our house. I learned my lesson.

We live in a brick house from the 30s and the wifi point is at one end of the house (rather than in a central location). As a result, it was hard getting a signal in the further away parts of the house. We tried a signal booster / extender and it helped a bit, but there were still parts of the house where we didn't get much of a signal (like 90s Internet download times).
We bought the Nest Wifi Mesh Router and it solved all of our access problems. They integrate with the Google Home app and send you alerts if there's ever a problem with one of the units (usually fixed with a reboot on the rare occasions that happens that). They were also pretty easy to set up (the app guides you through the process). On top of that, you can use the remote units as smart speakers.
My only (small) complaint is that the base unit isn't a smart speaker.

I have this hooked to my lte home router. The router drastically improves the range. This 3 pack was enough to cover 3000sqft and more. I intend to add one more router only because they have the ethernet ports while the others do not.
The lack pf ethernet on the 2 devices is the only reason i gave it 4 stars instead of 5.

Have 3 units throughout the house and patio and love that I can access my wifi everywhere. I wasn't sure about the built in speaker and Google Assistant initially but now we find ourselves frequently using the speaker to quickly play some music in various rooms. Very simple setup too.

Very east to set up using iPhone app. I have not had any issues with my Wifi signal since installation. I have multiple computers plugged into a network switch with the one existing ethernet port. I highly recommend this item for it's ease of set up, excellent wifi coverage and reliability.

This is by far the easiest set up I have ever experienced with a home network router! This mesh network system is easy to set up, great coverage, and the point doubles as a Google home! Expansion is easy for greater coverage! Great features make this set Top Notch! Highly recommend!

I helped set these up for my parents to extend the WiFI capabilities of their home. Easy to install, and produced good results from one end of the house to the garage length wise and the second floor. I also appreciate how small they are and the cable length; it's easy to find spots for them.

What can I say... very easy and intuitive to set up. The apps for Nest, Google Home and Google WiFi are great tools. Not only to set things up, but to also see the status of everything in my home. I had Gig speed internet turned on very recently and was not pleased with how my wifi was performing. I tried another product that was recommended to me - but got so frustrated as it never really worked. After installing the Google Nest WiFi the network was solid and very fast. No dead spots and I have a 4200 sq. ft. house over two floors.
I am able to use this with my SONOS system so that is integrated very nicely. So cool to just say "hey Google play John Lee Hooker in the master bedroom" Done... Still learning all the things I can do with the Google assistant.
My only complaint is there is only one ethernet port, and that is on the router unit. I resolved this with a good ethernet switch. I think each of the WiFi add on points should have at least one ethernet port.

The setup is a breeze, the Home app is awesome to use and gives you so much information about your WiFi setup. The tools for connected devices are excellent as well.
Unlike the previous generation, the Point units don't have an ethernet port, in case that's something you care about.

Has been very solid and fixed prior connection issues in a tricky house to setup wi-fi for.
Bought for my parents who have had a very hard time getting a stable wi-fi setup after their old router died. Lots of walls in a small amount of space plus location restrictions caused issues for years.
The setup was simple enough that I could help guide my non tech-savvy parents to getting this setup and it solved all their issues. I could not have imagined the pain of trying to get them running with a traditional router remote during covid - this was worth the extra bucks for the reduced headache and reliability since. Dad has even reported success running GeForce Now on the Shield with this router reliably where the old router and extender setup struggled greatly. They also have fun playing with the speaker.
Recommend this especially when at sale price of $200
Note - google home app was a necessity in getting this setup.

When my old Wifi dual-band router died I decided to try a mesh router to get better coverage in the house. With just the Nest and one point I was able to get much better converge, especially in the basement. Easy to set up and looks better than your standard router
