The perfect keyless deadbolt replacement. Easy to install. Very intuitive for ease-of-use. Highly recommended!

Best dead bolt I’ve ever had. Easy to install and easy to get on line. Had this at my old house. We just moved and within a week I took off the old dead bolt and installed this. It is a little expensive but worth the money if you don’t like carrying house keys

This door lock is pretty nice. Like the fact that the geofencing will know when we are home. It will loose connectivity from time to time and that seems to be an ongoing issue as we have had a few of these in different homes. I would have hoped they would have fixed the issue.

Easy to install. Some people claimed to have to adjust holes and whatnot but this was not the issue in my case. Had the old deadbolt out and this one installed in 20 minutes. Easy to set up with nest app and assign individual pin codes for each user. Notifies me when a door is locked or unlocked and by whom.

This looks amazing on our door and works flawlessly. The Nest app is great and integrates super well. If you’re having installation problems, check how deep the lock is trying to push the deadbolt in. Since it’s automated it needs to go the full length and I had to drill out some space for the deadbolt to open fully. Other than that, great product. I want one on all my outside doors.

I’d highly recommend this product. The installation is fairly straightforward and it presents very nicely on the door.

I was worried about colder temps but so far this winter there haven’t been any problems. I have assigned codes to different family members. I love being able to track who’s in the house and for how long. Also love all the app features. I can use the app anywhere to let someone in or lock someone out! Great looking too!! Very easy to install!

Set up can suck. I had to redo multiple times the dang nest plug in port and try to get a signal. After that the system works great. I can use my app to lock/unlock the door. It's a great feature to use when the weather is not so great outside.

I had an electronic lock before purchasing this and loved the fact that I didn’t need to remember my key. The Bluetooth capability is awesome and having the piece of mind to know I can lock my door as I leave the neighborhood is awesome. I also love the ability to unlock my door for family without having to walk downstairs. Worse case you can program different codes for different people or a one time code for any reason. It also paid up beautifully with my nest app.

The Nest x Yale lock is a fantastic product. It allows you to create guests + family "users" with codes that expire when you want them to. This can give you a lot of flexibility when it comes to housekeepers, dog walkers, and family/friends coming to pick up the mail for you. I've mentioned this in another review, but I am a tech nerd, NOT necessarily a handyman. That said, the instructions are reasonably clear, but I had issues with the opening of the hole when I tested the deadbolt. It would open and close pretty seamlessly, then it said "lock is stuck" after this process. There was no indication by the lock/app of the issue, where it got stuck, and how. I had to do some intensive Googling in order to figure out that the hole for the deadbolt was too shallow--on the door frame side. Once I bored some more and tested multiple times, I finally got it squared away. The lock now works well, and I will continue to use it for a long time. Minor drawbacks: -The lock fail safe for low battery is a 9V battery. This is a little weird for a lock that is almost $300. -The price. Anyone spending this much scratch on a lock would expect a more seamless experience. -Setup with the Nest Connect took a few times to get right. I was within 15 feet of an "assisting device," and the Connect still couldn't find it quickly. Unfortunately, the Nest Secure system has been discontinued, but this is a perfect remedy to complete the security solution for Google Nest.

I was a bit skeptical at first about smart locks in general, not Nest/Yale products specifically. As I've already owned other Nest products, as well as Google's, I thought it would be easier to add another Nest's into the ecosystem. It was quite easy to installed this onto the door. Setting it up with Nest's & Google's apps was pretty simple. It works as I hoped it would. Well worth the money spent.

This thing is beautiful and works flawlessly. It is the best looking of all the smart locks out there and we love the simple style of this. Installation was simple once we got all the plates lined up. We love being able to use our voice to lock the door as well as the ability to give temporary guest codes.
