Easy to install and works great. Even easier to use in the app .

Super convenient and completely customizable. I love that you can give many different passcodes to different people and that you can unlock it from anywhere so long as it is connected to wifi. It's also a neat and simple design that makes it so elegant.

I love that I can set up codes for family who comes into town to visit without having to leave work to let them in. Huge plus! I also love that the app will send me an alert when someone opens or locks the door. So handy! I do wish that the screen was fingerprint resistant, but it’s not. I’m having to wipe it down after using it. Just because I’m a worrisome mom. Overall great product. It was very easy to install.

A great addition to my smart home. Easy to install and easy to connect to the home wifi, it already served its purpose twice with people that needed to get in while I was away. Beats going through the garage with a code.

The lock is pretty easy to install and works as advertised. Love the ability to auto-lock and setup time bound entry keys for friends and family members. Had some issue with the Nest Connect initially, but was able to get it working (had to configure Nest Connect separately through the Nest app by having the Nest Connect unit close to my WiFi router and then moving them close to the locks).

This product is simple, beautiful and works perfect.

The lock and all it's feature work great. It is easy to install. Only problem is the digital display. When the sun is shining directly on it, the numbers can barely be seen. Very difficult at times to use.

I love the ability of the Nest X Yale - Smart Lock to allow the owner of the home to control access remotely via Wi-Fi. Easy to self-install and use with the Google Nest app and Google Home App.

i installed myself and had no real trouble. during final steps it kept saying lock was stuck so i tested it with door open and it moved freely then i shut door and it worked perfectly with no issues or sticking. I got this on sale and with a free google home mini so i felt it was a pretty good deal.

Have been ising the devoce for a couple of weeks now, no disconnect issues and coming from the august lock i would have to say the longer lasting battery and being AA batteries is worth the price alone.

Easy to install and program if you have just a little bit of knowledge. Wife loves that she can open the door from the car before getting the kids out. Yale is a great company and makes good solid locks.

It’s a Nest Product you get what you pay for. Easy to install took 20mins and was up and working. Nice features hopefully Google Nest ties Nest Hello and Nest Yale lock together for facial recognition to lock and unlock. But overall very pleased with this product. Easy to configure for the family to use and no more keys.

The lock works, and the set-up is easy in terms of adding passcodes. To use as a way to give people keyless access it serves its purpose. Downsides: 1]the batteries that came with it were dead which is why my keypad didn't light up. Batteries had an expiration of 2032. Thankfully I had AA batteries on hand. 2]i have it added to my Nest account, but it has no access. I'm able to view the Nest Connect to see that it's online and other technical specifications. No remote capabilities. 3]tried to add to my Google Home and it rolls you to Nest. See my second point. I did that revolving circle for a while and realized that something isn't compatible somewhere. Maybe I need more Nest products on my account.

I had my doubts, but it’s a great product. Was a little tough to connect to WiFi with the Nest Connect but I got it. The deadbolt is on the smaller side and I had a little bit of an issue setting it up but that might be because it was my first time installing any sort of deadbolt.

I'm a Nest Eco App person. I hate installing multiple apps. I'm all about the nest life and this door knob is beautiful and very very awesome to use. Locking/Unlocking door has been very easy plus with the audit report they have in the app allows me to see which user uses it. Highly recommend and easy to install! A++

Love our new lock. So convenient to use amongst all our family members. The automatic door lock give us an extra sense of security. Works great with the NEST app.

I like the lock, but I did have issues connecting it with the app. Yes, I was aware of the 2.4GHZ Wi-Fi connection and all but it still gave me a hard time. I even ended up creating a guest SSID to get it to connect but later did not work after two days. Trust me, I tried everything in the book, including trying to use my mobile Hotspot to get it to complete the paring and it did not work. Essentially, I reduced all my security on my guest Wi-Fi which somehow had the lock itself to finish paring but I have not been able to get the Nest Connect itself to finish setup until now but I guess I will just have to use the lock and the app to lock and unlock and forget about the Nest Connect

Easy to install and works as expected. Programming the lock is the most important part and gives a quite a few options for home owners with multiple code options. Safety features with auto lock is an added feature I enjoy. Overall very satisfied with the purchase

I purchased this for my front door. I use my garage as my main entry/exit point. This will wear your garage door spring/ bearings. Now I enjoy entering my house through my front door. Now I will look at purchasing one for my back door.
