I had my doubts, but it’s a great product. Was a little tough to connect to WiFi with the Nest Connect but I got it. The deadbolt is on the smaller side and I had a little bit of an issue setting it up but that might be because it was my first time installing any sort of deadbolt.

I’ve got six of these locks on two different rentals and they’re the perfect solution for changing passwords and helping manage security remotely. My oldest locks are two years old and original batteries are still going strong. I’m so impressed!

This is a must for rental properties. I can set up multiple codes for up to ten people. I can do everything from anywhere including changing codes, locking, and unlocking and monitor usage to know who's using the doors. Battery life is better than any other wifi locks.

This is an excellent lock that is able to be programmed simply by following the directions! I love this lock and wouldn’t buy any other brand than the lock I have now! Don’t hesitate to purchase! If it’s not for you, Best Buy does give you a 15 day timeframe to return!

Love the ability to control the door when away from home. Easy to use and connect with Google. Is a bit pricey in my opinion. Takes a bit to set up initially

I'm a Nest Eco App person. I hate installing multiple apps. I'm all about the nest life and this door knob is beautiful and very very awesome to use. Locking/Unlocking door has been very easy plus with the audit report they have in the app allows me to see which user uses it. Highly recommend and easy to install! A++

Great product, now i don't have to be searching for keys. My wife and kids also love the idea that they don't have to remember to take their keys anymore. The lock is very easy to install and the app walk you through every step by step.

Nest door lock was easy to install, and set up was easy. I do have multiple Nest products wich made the switch pretty easy.

This is the 2nd Nest Yale lock I purchased and it works just as great as the first one. It is nice to be able to make sure the door is locked when we leave. It integrates with the Nest eco system I have and I have no complaints, installation and setup was a breeze.

We really like this lock. Installation and setup were a breeze and it is so nice not to have to dig out keys, especially when your arms are full! Also, nice to be able to check the lock at night, without having to get out of bed.

With multiple dwellings, security and access is a major concern for me. Tried the August System a few years back and it performance and reliability was lackluster. Scored one for my NY Home and flat out loved it. Easy to install and battery life is through the roof. This past November the Florida Place got the same treatment.

Absolutely a must for your home. I am able to set up temporary pass codes for guest and lock and unlock my home remotely. It also looks stunning on the door.

It’s a lock, so it’s an annoying install. Just be warned. But it is great once in! Everything functions quickly either by passcode or using Nest app. Great lock!

I have been waiting to purchase this lock for a year now, and I finally have it installed. I say that because there was a lot of issues with the lock bolt. If you have a metal door, the bolt that is included will not fit, and that is because the bolt that is included has a non-removable latch. You will need to purchase a the correct bolt through NEST YALE. Once you have all of the correct parts, the bolt works pretty good. I've noticed that the bolt snags up on the strike plate in the door jam. You will need to make sure that everything is lined up just right. I will need to get out the dremel and take a little of the strike plate down just a tad in order for it to lock correct. With already having a previous security lock installed, the screw holes are off so slightly, and you can't move the strike plate over because the current screw holes are already there, and all you'll do is make the current screw holes bigger, and then your really in trouble. So just do what you can to shave a little off of the strike plate.

It’s been installed for about a month now, and I can’t imagine not having it. Everything about it is as advertised. The only Con I have is that it does leave fingerprints. If your not careful about changing the code often or wiping it off every so often someone can see your fingerprints and use that to get inside.

Easy to set up and I love that I can control it with my phone or just using google home. Having temp codes for people watching the house or like a dog walker are a huge bonus for me

Once up and running it works great. If you ever change your WiFi password or router you will have to set it up back. It can be a pain to get this thing online but once it’s online it works great. I have my cleaners set up with a different access code and certain guest . I use this at a rental property. Works good

Works as intended, lets you know whenever someone opens the door (guesses), easy to set up, totally recommend the product, will be buying another one sometime soon.
