Easy instruction videos and met our needs. I don't have to worry about losing my keys! One thing I would point out is that it's not smudge proof... I saw our fingerprint traces, so we gotta be careful about that! One note, this is not compatible with Alexa!

Great product that was not difficult to install. Integrates with all the other Google products we have.

This lock makes life so much easier. Your able to look on your phone to make sure your door is locked, from anywhere. Also the simple button push to lock the door when you leave is awesome, especially when you have your hands full! Love this lock!

I love it so much. All of my home digital products are going to be nest products. My kids use the keypad when they get home from school and we just love it and especially that I can monitor it from my phone.

I love my door lock. I can open my door from my car or even have it lock if I’m away, on it’s own. Has taken carrying groceries into the house to a whole new ease. I love it! Can also lock my door if I forget and am already in bed.

I have had several smart locks and this is the easiest to use. Syncs well, very little issues with connectivity. Well made

This lock was pretty easy to install, and works like a charm! Love being upstairs and being able to check if my door is locked! Also love leaving for my morning walk and not having to take a key!

This has been a great lock. I have another brand on a different door and this one is better since I can use it remotely through the app. Good quality, hasn’t let me down yet.

This is a great product! I love that I can lock/unlock my home from my cell phone, and be required to enter in a code (rather than a key) to unlock it. It is very easy to set up and use. Definitley recommend.

Never worry about forgetting your keys again! Easy to use digital door lock, with ability to check status from your phone, lock/unlock remotely, and issue different codes to different people for access.

Easy set up. Nice and smooth. Really awesome in that. I can share codes if I need to and I don’t have to worry about using the key.

Easy to install and easy to use. I live in an apartment and have always had a keypad on my door prior to this. Having to remember my key every time I left was annoying. So happy that this is installed.

I really love this lock! I hate having to carry stuff in my pockets and I am really into the smart house gadgets. With this new smart lock I don't even need to carry my keys anymore. Just input the code or use my smartphone and DONE!

Great way to modernize the home. Helps get rid of unwanted and unneeded keys in the pocket. Unlocking a door has never been more satisfying, exciting, fun and fast. Set up and activation was easy.

This product was the best decision we made for our home and family! It’s really easy to install and use. There are some nice features in this product especially having different code for different family members and friends.

I wasn’t crazy about buying this at first because it was digital and anything could happen to it. Since I’ve installed it, my kids no longer have to call me because they forgot their key. Great Buy and would definitely recommend!

I will start off by saying that I am a big Nest fan. I have several of their products such as the thermostat, smoke detectors and doorbell. I was very excited to add this to my Nest setup The product is awesome when it works right. Installation was easy. Even if you aren't handy, you can most likely do it yourself and save the money for having a professional come out and do it. Setting it up was also simple. The app guides you through the whole setup. It's even easier to set up when you have other nest products on your network. The touchscreen is very responsive and working it on the app is pretty cool Now comes the part for why its only rated two stars. The Nest Connect, which is the device needed for the lock to communicate with your WiFi, never works right. I had to get a new one the day I bought the lock because I couldn't set it to connect. The new one I received worked just fine for about a month. It lost connection and no matter how many times I try to reset and reconnect it, it doesn't work. Between two calls, I have spent almost 3 hours on the phone with their tech support despite the fact that I am pretty good with tech stuff. They are sending me a new Connect, so we'll see if the third time's the charm. Overall, the product is really cool if you like tech stuff, but the fact that I have gone through two Connects with a third on the way and over 3 hours with their customer service has really turned me off on this product. This product is pretty new to the market, so maybe they just need more time to work out the kinks.

I’m conflicted on this review because the lock seems like it works well but getting it setup I ran into problems. Initially it worked great but then for some reason the door would not open. I called Yale but they referred me to Google to solve the problem. It turns out if you reset the lock and it’s still not working you need to update the master code in the app and not on the lock. I also had to buy a Wi-Fi extender because my router was too far away. My router is downstairs, only about 50 feet away. Heads up if the door shows disconnected on the nest app.
