My husband bought this lock and easily installed it to our front door. I thought it was going to have a camera like the Ring one but it doesn't. It is easy enough to use and our kids have no trouble unlocking and locking our door.

This lock has made life just a bit easier. I can use my phone to unlock the door from anywhere. It comes in handy when it raining outside, just unlock with your phone and I can just run inside.

Reliable and well made. Much better that the previous non-Nest/Yale unit that we had. Only complexity is the reliance (to some extent) on how well the previous lock was installed, if you’re retrofitting this.

We love this product, very easy to setup and works perfectly. Being able to provide visitors with one time pass codes is a plus as well, we couldn't be happier with it.

Lock works great. Easy to install. Does and works exactly as I thought it would. App is nice as well. It's also great that you can create door codes for individuals to use as needed.

No need to hand out my door code any more. I can open it remotely from my phone and if I do give someone their own code it is eaay to create on the phone and can enable or disable it easily from a remote location.

Overall it works great! The product is solid but we had a bit of an issue setting it up with the app. We were between the app it said in the box and the google nest app for far too long. Once we got it it was good to go tho!

Only had it installed one week now. But we love it. We just use the one code for the family. We will give additional codes to out of town guests which will be nice to monitor. Install was about 20 minutes with no problems.

Very happy with this product. Convenient and keyless entry.

First of all, Best Buy had it in-stock, and ready for pickup when I arrived. The Next Yale X works great and was relatively easy to install. I do wish you could unlock using Google Assistant (you can only lock at this time).

The lock was easy to install and works exactly as described. I had a professional install it, due to lack of time and desire to have it installed quickly. I was able to watch some of the installation and it was not difficult.

Extremely simple and convenient ! Definitely recommend for those smart homes.

So far I like the lock. It feels secure on my door. I wish the app had a way to monitor the battery, instead of just giving you a low battery warning.

We had some trouble with installation. Called NEST and they helped us over the phone. Lock works well (although we have trouble with our WiFi at times). When WiFi isn’t working we just use the code on lock.

Works great! No issues here. Easy to use, easy to install. Love having it alongside my ring.

Good door lock. I got it for my mother and now I can keep track when she comes and goes from home and because she old I know when she forgets to lock the door. So I lock it.

After first purchasing one for my home, loving it, I bought this one for my son at his home. Very easy to install. Works well with the Nest app too.

I am very happy with this product I has been using for about one month and I can check from any place is my front door is closed. if not I can press a button to do it ! I am very happy with this product. 100% recommended

Purchased to replace front door traditional lock. Works great. I can unlock and lock in my nest app. Would be great if it worked with Google Home and allowed me to lock and unlock as well.
