Yale smart lock is great device to add on to your home and installation from Bestbuy was very helpful .

It's just the deadbolt. No door knob included. It kind of defeats the purpose of having a smart deadbolt if you still need a key to unlock the knob. Of course you could always have the knob unlocked and just use the deadbolt, but the idea seems strange to me (having an extra security feature you wouldn't use). Also, in following the instructions, the lock was not connecting to my phone. Everything was connected to the wifi. The egg (or whatever it's called) was working. It was connecting to my phone, but the lock itself wasn't. Not sure what the issue was. I returned it, but its probably worth having for someone else.

I’ve been wanting to add a smart lock for a while now and this one was exactly what I was looking for! Easy to install and easy to integrate into my Google home system!

Works well. I don't have to carry my home key anymore. Less keys to carry. Had 2 already for front and side door (so no problem if one battery is out - less likely to happen at the same time.)

The lock works just as you would expect it. Get notifications on your phone when it is locked or unlocked and even instantaneously unlock it from wherever you are. Super happy with it.

Awesome lock, Easy to set it up on the door but took a little tweaking to add it the google home app, small fix got it done

Aboslutely worth every penny and relatively easy to install. Operating the unit is extremely user friendly and takes no time at all to acclimate to utilization on a daily basis.

This smart lock is awesome. Easy to use and easy to setup. Very dependable. It’s a much better lock than the Ring lock. The Ring lock started acting strange after a month. Then start eating up batteries. The nest lock is 100 times better.

Easy install like security involving no keys. Use on our second home n can easily provide access to people when we’re not there n be notified when lock activated.

Super easy install. I hate that google bought nest and now won’t let up add family members unless you migrate to google account. First question asked is share all your data’s WTH

Bought this for our beach house. It works great, but goes offline frequently and cant be fixed remotely. It would he perfect if it is installed in your home, but I dont recommend it for places that you have to travel to in order to access it

Did not want to deal with keys anymore so I decided to buy the Yale smart lock. It’s pricey but worth it. I’ve only had to replace the batteries once in the last year.

Works great, looks great, was easy to install with easy to follow and understand operating instructions

I purchased this and it was a relatively quick install with few tools. It works great and you can use the app to open and close the door which is always a plus when you are away from home!

The lock has a great finish to it and looks great in general. The installation was a little challenging because the dead bolt has to easily and freely be able to move, which wasn't the case for my door. In my case, the weather stripping actually pushes the door out just enough for it to not be able to fully lock by itself. I was able to get it to align just enough once, but then the weather changed and it got out of alignment again! Besides this once issue, the notifications and status have been very useful and exactly what I was looking for.

Easy to install with step by step instructions through Nest App. Make sure you purchase with the nest connect is you dont have the nest alarm at your home. Work great with google assistant.

This was my first Nest product. Self-installation took less than hour.the peace of mind knowing you can always get in to your home without fumbling for keys is one of the many reasons to purchase this product.

After this lock I will never go back to keys. settings codes for family and friends is super easy. always know if your door is locked or not and the ability to lock it if its not. a bit janky on the install but otherwise great.
