So far so good. A contractor did unplug the connect device which disables all but the family accounts. So have a spare family account that you can give out in case power is out.

I have two of these Smart Locks and they were simple to install and very easy to setup and configure. It makes setting up guest access very simple even when you're away from home.

My third nest Yale lock. Unlike my other 2 units, this one installed more easily than the previous 2. Sleek look. Very happy

This has really made my door something easy to go through. Coming home from work I no longer have to look for keys and such, which I lose a lot. I just unlock via the app and I'm in.

Works flawlessly. Easy to install. Connecting to your network is easy enough. Solid build quality. I have three and have been using them for nearly a year with no issues.

Easy to install and I like the fact that I can set up different users to know which users have accessed the door lock. It also works with google assistant to lock at night by voice command.

After trying several smart locks this is by far then best quality and more reliable one. Just make sure yours deadbolt can align perfectly otherwise it will not work.

I have been slowly converting my home to entire Nest products. I have outside cameras, indoor cameras, doorbell, google home hub, and now this door lock. It’s awesome! I love the ability to remotely unlock the door to our home no matter where I am at. I love functionality of assigning codes to different users. Really looking forward to using these codes for future deliveries to my home during the holiday season. No porch pirates this year! Lol. These codes can be date and time sensitive as well. Nest has an entire collection of products that in my opinion have all performed exceedingly well. You won’t regret making this purchase!

my only complaint is it can't be locked/ unlocked by voice with Google assistant. I assumed since Google bought nest, it would. Otherwise, everything I wanted it to be

I like this product. I had a nest already so I really liked that it worked on the same app. Being able to use the app to lock and unlock has come in handy a couple times

Blends well with the oil rubbed door handles. Works great to lock/unlock anywhere you are. Sends alerts if door lock doesn’t lock all the way or partially locks.

Replaced an outdated lock. The switch was easy. Connecting to internet was easy and the app found it quickly. I ca lock and unlock my door from anywhere. Happy with my purchase.

This product was very easy to install. Just like all Nest products, they just work and work well! The only reason I did not give them a perfect score is I believe they are about 50.00 too high as a price point.
