Very good, nice looking but goes offline

Had a hard type syncing it to the hub, had to use phone hotspot and then change to home internet. Once that was set, it has been great

The installation was a little annoying, but that was a product of my door rather than an issue with the product. It has a lot of great features that are really useful especially if you have people (e.g. cleaners, cat-sitters) coming in an out of your house. You can create schedules for codes so that the door will only unlock for that user at specific times or between certain dates. We also really like the "privacy mode", which prevents anyone from turning the keypad on.

The installation took no more than 7 minutes and the smart phone set up was easier. We have now had this lock for about 2 months plus and have no issues. You can give many people different codes change them whenever you'd like. You can unlock your door from any location outside of Florida. You can lock and unlock, give a code to someone or not give a code to someone and still give access. And lastly being able to go wherever you want with a purse or without a purse and not worry about having to carry a key is awesome.

You may want to try out some helpful steps below:
- Disable the cellular/mobile data for your mobile device where the Nest app or Home app is installed. If you’re using your cellphone to check, make sure it’s connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your lock. To help make sure cellular data is off, turn on Airplane mode and then turn on Wi-Fi.
- Check the OS version of your mobile phone device. We recommend the following versions for the best experience when using the Nest app or Home app:
Android phone or tablet with Android 8.0 or later, and iPhone or iPad with iOS 14.0 or later versions.
- Try updating the Nest app or Home app.
- Try installing the Nest app or Home app, using the same account, on another mobile phone or tablet device, and see if you will experience the same issue.
- If you don't experience the same issue with another device, we recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the Nest app or Home app on the main mobile phone device.

Kids forget to lock the door is no problem
