I've had this for about 3 weeks now and love it. The installation was a little annoying, but that was a product of my door rather than an issue with the product. It has a lot of great features that are really useful especially if you have people (e.g. cleaners, cat-sitters) coming in an out of your house. You can create schedules for codes so that the door will only unlock for that user at specific times or between certain dates. We also really like the "privacy mode", which prevents anyone from turning the keypad on.

Mostly pretty good. No proximity or Bluetooth unlocking capability reduces its usefulness, although I understand the security concern there. The locking mechanism is extremely finicky and if your hardware was cut at all imperfect it will stick when trying to open and close. This is a problem for some doors. I had to completely remove the strikeplate from my door to get it to slide easily enough to avoid this.

It’s a great product from NEST, we have nest cameras, thermostat & smoke detector, so I was very confident to buy the smart lock, very happy with the keyless entry.

A great addition to my smart home! The app is easy to work with. It is great to be able to set a code for friends and family.

The amazing aspect is the low power consumption. Batteries last for months.

Love that it works with Google Home. Easy to install and can be done in about 25 minutes or so I would say. Make sure to put the Nest Connect close to the Yale lock.

A breeze to setup and great addition to near app. The instructions could not have been clearer. Highly recommend you make the switch.

We did lots of research before we chose Nest X Yale. It is fantastic. The installation took no more than 7 minutes and the smart phone set up was easier. We have now had this lock for about 2 months plus and have no issues. You can give many people different codes change them whenever you'd like. You can unlock your door from any location outside of Florida. You can lock and unlock, give a code to someone or not give a code to someone and still give access. And lastly being able to go wherever you want with a purse or without a purse and not worry about having to carry a key is awesome.

I had been waiting to find the perfect Nest integrated smart lock. This lock was easy to install and setup. Great first buy with my new house.

Easily lock and unlock my door from anywhere. Every one has their own code. So I know who comes in. I paired this with my Nest doorbell and cameras on same app.

I was nervous at first ,but once they explain it to me, and I understood it , it is really easy and simple I love it. Don't think I can go back to using a key

In the process of changing all locks and door knobs in house, we decided to upgrade with more advanced technology. We love this lock. It works well: smooth, quiet, easy.

It is perfect, no more keys, you can create many codes for different people and know who opened the door and what time they did it. 100% Recommended.

This saves a lot of time and elps to know who is in and out of your house and being able to lock from anywhere is great.

Love the lock. Had someone install it, however, I would say it's pretty simple and anyone could probably do it. Worth the money so far :)

Just love this. Don't have to scramble to find the right key. Can open from bedroom if Don't want to get up to let someone in.
