So far so good. Can't voice unlock however as an apparent security feature but would be nice when lazy and guests arrive lol When it got below zero it affected my door frame and door couldn't lock completely and kept telling me it was unable and I had to get up. Could be the bumbling outside contractor guys Best Buy used or just shifting doorframes

This review is very SERIOUS. Thought this was supposed to be the best lock on the market. Most expensive lock of its kind. I bought it. Installed it. Put on my Short term rental studio 6 days ago. Then flew back to work. 800 miles. For, holidays are over. Clients have waited patiently. And work has backed up. Tonight. Power went down for 1 hour. Unit went offline. Does not automatically reconnect. Renter came in tonight for the weekend. Unable to get back in, if she goes out. Installing the Nest/Yale cost me $1000’s of dollars Have to fly 1200 miles round trip. Waste lots of money. Miss work. Lose Lots of money. Get no rest on my day off. To reconnect with my phone which contains the app controls. That’s what nest/Yale suggests. I’m flying back and returning it. Buying a 15$ deadbolt with a key. This is a toy for kids. A beta test. Google knows if it’s offline, codes don’t work. There is no key? So, why is there no key. Not meant for investors with rental properties. Should not be marketed as such. Very disappointing from a company I had invested so much in. Should be taken off the shelves it’s like poison. The google guard components are also offline. Same thing. Take this review very seriously. I am a property investor. This lock is only good for a live in homeowner. Do not put on rental property. Do not put on rental property. My friends all have rental property. So NO I would not recommend this to a friend. I should not have a list of worst purchases I have ever made. Unfortunately, I’m recent years this list has come all to real. And this lock is on the list. In the end cost me all my profit on the rental for the weekend. $500 for work I was supposed to do this weekend. $1000 to travel to replace the worthless thing. Please do not buy this for property you do not live in.

This lock is perfect. I can remotely let people in the house. I can give out temporary codes to let a contractor in the house. Each person in the household can have their own codes that way you know who is in your house when you are not home. If you are looking for a a keyless entry as well as being able to let people in remotely this is the lock for you!

No issues since day 1, i absolutely love this product

Everything it advertises to do, it does. the wifi use is great, the touch pad could be a little more responsive. my biggest issue is getting it to lock. With my brand new door frame having a nice fresh pad, the lock gets pinched from time to time and cant fully engage which is annoying. the inside piece is a little bulky but you stop noticing it pretty quick.
