Was easy to install and no issues for last 1 year.

The Yale lock is amazing, way better than I had anticipated. It not only notifies you when your door is locked or unlocked but lets you know when power is lost in your home. You can also lock and unlock your door from anywhere.

Second one he was for my daughter she’s so happy with the new system

My first smart lock. I can't think of any negatives. It works great. It's so nice not having to pull my house keys out anymore.

Only wish it was compatible with apple watch and Bluetooth. Other than that its good

Perfect for me I don’t have to find keys anymore and now when I have people enter my home they have a code and I know when they enter and leave. Now I can place restrictions on the Days and times workers can enter the home.

It’s a great lock but a bit on the pricey side. I had a little big of an issue getting the nest connect set up and linking to my network but I think that had to do with my networks signal strength. Once that was taken care of set up and installation were easy.

Might seem pricy but for Google fanatics this is a must. I have left my home multiple times and forgot to lock the door. This solved all my problems. Lock from anywhere with internet connection.

Great lock make sure to have batteries on hand. Was able to give my family access to the house with out having a bunch of keys floating around.

Not that easy to install if you don’t have a standard door. Setting up the software was a bit tricky. Goes off line from time to time even with strong wifi. When it works it’s great

Overall this smart lock is really worth it. It makes it very convenient not having to worry about having your keys to lock or unlock your door. Have no problems with it and would definitely recommend this to anyone

Love this gadget. I used in combination with the Nest Hello to open the door when my kids return from school. Installation (replacement) is not very difficult, but need a little of patient and craft.

It’s been a year since I’ve had this door lock. I love it and haven’t had any issues. It was challenging to install because the builder did not drill the door hole evenly. I had to get it professionally installed.

Took a bit of work to get the lock to fit due to the bolt being longer than the one I replaced and the door’s latch needing to be chiseled. Otherwise, the lock has worked as advertised.

I have been looking at smart locks for our front door and decided to get this since we have the nest hello and cams. Installation was a challenge and it seemed to lose communication with the app periodically. I wish it had geofencing.

Its solid and if you have Nest this is a no brainer. But its getting long in the tooth because if Google.

The lock works flawlessly. No issues connecting or dropping connections. Wonder why i didn’t get it earlier... oh yes, pricey. But like the old saying goes - you get what you pay for. This is a quality product.

Door lock is good and camera quality is great. The only issue i have is the delayed response we get sometimes. My internet connection is really fast so i dont think thats the issue. Nest needs to work on how the device can work effective with the internet connection.

We really value the flexibility and power this lock gives us. We can let our boys in by using our phone or they can enter the code. It's battery powered, so the power can go out, and the code will still work to unlock the door. No key needed. Paired with the Nest video doorbell, it's a powerful, secure combination that gives us total peace of mind. And we love that the Geek Squad installed them expertly for us with no fuss, and installation was half-off because we're Total Tech Support members.

Works well, but is a hassle to install. The software is very finicky when checking if the deadbolt is stuck. The plate on the door frame has to be just right.
