Always hesitated at going full bore into home automation but the Nest family of products has changed my mind. Well crafted hardware and simple easy to use software. Also excellent customer service.

This is a great purchase a little pricey but it’s worth the piece of mind that I know if it’s lock in case the kids left door unlock and nice to open remotely to let other family enter if I’m not home.

I couldn’t be happier with my smart lock. I had zero issues with the connection. They included all the right pieces and the instructions were straight forward.

No needs to carry a key in your pocket, no worries if I left is unlocked because its auto-lock feature and the combination of the best technologies of two great companies make this lock "awesome".

I had this lock for about two weeks. So far so good. Just one downfall. It says it doesn’t leave finger prints on the lock, but it does. No big deal, I just wrap it down each time.

This looks and works great, as expected. No issues so far.

Overall, a solid smart lock. Aside from passcode and app, it lacks the ability to use other options like physical key and biometrics. Connectivity was never an issue, which is great.

The wifi makes this lock awesome. I purchased one previously without that feature and regrated it.

This lock works great in my Nest Ecosystem. Great for letting guests have access to your home at all times while still controlling who can access it. Great customizable features as well.

Tremendous product and would highly recommend if you are a high tech home and do not want to use keys.

Easy to install, easy to activate, but for some reason, it always tells me that it cant lock the door when its already locked!

I love my nest Yale lock. I bought 2 of them, one for my home and one for my rental property. It’s so convenient and I could never go back to traditional locks.

It took a bit to get it installed and we had to switch out our weatherstripping but it works great and now I can lock/unlock my door remotely and lock by voice.

This lock is nice looking but I bought two of them one battery last a long time and the other one have to change baterri every month. But overall is the nice lock I had. Thanks. B+++++

I upgraded from an older Yale smart lock because I wanted it to connect to my Nest set up. It works great but it doesnt feel built as well as my old lock was especially the touchscreen the older one was nore responsive.

Great value for a smart lock. Integrates well with other smart devices. Has the ability to have multiple codes for family members, friends, or clients.

Since Ness has teamed up with Google they have made these amazing locks and needs amazing equipment that is phenomenal by everything you could ever imagine everything just works together

Works great! Replaced my deadbolt lock, and am happy with it. Had to do some minor adjusting, since the door had sagged a bit over the years.

Purchased with intent to place on cabin door; unfortunately thicker than normal and none standard deadbolt so returned. I had hoped to integrate with all my other Nest products.
