Having issues connecting this to the connect. Tried troubleshooting and still nothing. Luckily it still works, just can’t set codes for different people which would be nice.

It locks my door I can control it with an app until the app stops recognizing the lock then i have to reset the lock in able to use the app again which requires me to partly disassemble the whole lock

Love this product. I use it on our vacation home. Excellent for letting in the housekeeper or repair person or guests. from my remote location.

This lock is awesome!!! Integrates well with the nest alarm. Has a 9v battery connector on front door in case the batteries die while you’re away for an extended period of time.

I did not want to give my kids keys so I purchased the Nest door look. It works perfectly! I'm able to unlock my door remotely when needed and create access codes for guests.

What can be said about this magical apparatus? Is it a lock? Yes. Does the lock work super well? Yes. Does it make other smart locks look like relics from the flinstones? You bet ya!

I own rental properties, and this has been a lifesaver for me. Being able to open and close the lock from my phone has been invaluable.

Have had this lock on the house for 3 weeks now. It works amazing as do all the nest products that I have. All of the settings that you can set up with the app are nice as well.

What i love about it the best. Is i don't have to give my grown kids a key. They call and let me know they over and i just unlock the door from my phone. Super cool.

Purchased this for my house and the family really enjoys not having to worry about keys and I can see who's coming and going from my house at a moment's notice.

My son never seems to remember his key so this was the solution to him trying to find his way into a locked house. So far so good.

we have not had any issues with this lock. We got two, for front and back door. The front door was older so it was harder to fit but we managed.

Works like a charm. I love how you can setup temporary guest passcode that expires so you don't have you give your actual code.

Yale lock is great. Would definitely recommend getting it for your home/house.

Good smartlock if you are into the nest ecosystem. The thing that I don't like about it is sometimes it disconnects to the internet and it's hard to connect back. But other than that it's a good smartlock.

Excellent example of how a traditional, highly rated hardware brand has successfully transitioned to the Internet of things arena. I highly recommend this product.
