    Very good lock. Works great for roommates. Some issues with internet access at times though. Battery lasts about 3 months.

    This lock has had SO many issues since we purchased it - I wish I would have just returned it. Issues ranged from it disconnecting all the time, having to reset the lock, reset the nest connect - RESET RESET REST - if you ever have to reset your router forget about accessing your lock again. Currently the lock won't lock - and I will have to spend hours figuring it out or just buying a different brand

    Very Happy with this lock. The only issue I have with it is, you can use Google Home to lock it but, it won't unlock it.
