Difficult to reset when it goes offline as you have to take the lock apart to get to the reset button; then you have to reprogram. It should be easier to do this!

One of the locks was defective and had to be exchanged. I should have paid more attention to the conditions of the boxes. It looked like the box of the defective lock had previously been opened/damaged. I just spent two days trying to connect the Yale-Nest lock to my Nest account so I can use the locks remotely. This was one of the most frustrating experiences I have had. The process is cumbersome, the procedures are incomplete and contain misinformation, etc. For the cost of this item Yale should be ashamed of itself. I would give the entire experience zero stars if it was possible.
