This lock is very good quality. The display gets bright. It has good integration with Google Home. It also has great battery life. Overall, love this lock!

It is wonderful to not have to mess with keys of my hands are full- just tap a button when I’m leaving for work and off I go! It’s also nice to be able to give house sitters a code when we travel.

Bought this for kids to be able to let themselves in and not lose keys, super easy to install and setup.

Yale Lock is simple to install. Feels very secure on the door. Easy to use, keypad lights up when you touch the Yale logo, helping to ensure a longer battery life. Works well with the app also.

This unit is easy to install and works very well. You really need to have a need for a keyless lock as it can take a while to get your phone out over a key. The keypad is also a big help. And it's nice to see it as part of the Nest family on your app.

Purchased this out of need. Needed painters to be able to get in and out of house when I wasn’t there. It was easy to install on both the door and my phone. Has been great to provide people w their own codes and see when they entered and when door is locked. Haven’t had any issues in ~1 month of use. Still slightly scared that one day I will kill battery and not be able to get into my house as it doesn’t have key option, but have stashed an extra battery and have another door that would open w key.

This was fairly easy to set up. We use this for a remote Airbnb site and it is easy to set up individual passcodes that we can use indefinitely or for a limited time. Works seamlessly with Nest.

Replaced our old push button combo lock with the Nest Smart lock and love it. Easy to install and very convenient features. I love the fact I can lock/unlock the door from my app. Also easy for kids to use.

We owned a Kwikset keypad lock previously, which was a TERRIBLE item! So bad, that it became a game to see who could unlock the front door with the least amount of attempts! We decided to trade it after an unfortunate bathroom incident…. Now THIS keypad lock from Yale is the BEST thing since sliced bread! I can even control it from my phone! Great item! Easy install, and it WORKS!!

So far I've no issues with this lock. It's been in place for about 2 months now. It is installed in a vacation home and its been great being able to remotely assign passcodes to renters and also have a log of when the lock is used. It's also nice to be able to assign date ranges to the password. My only concern is making sure that the deadbolt doesn't jamb as the seasonal alignments of the door happens. I added a very large plate for the deadbolt to set into so hopefully this will head off that problem. Of course if the bolt isn't perfectly aligned with the hole and you are not there to "adjust" the door it simply won't lock. That would be a problem when using it remotely over WiFi.

Beautiful, premium smart lock that adds style and convenience to our home and lifestyle. We didn't feel comfortable giving a key to my son as we were afraid he would loose them. With the Yale lock we simply gave him a code, showed him how to use it, and problem solved! Same deal for our dog-sitter when we go out of town. Now we don't worry about who has a key to our home. We simply assign a code, set a schedule or expiration date, and it works like a charm. I'm an avid DIY'er and struggled just a bit to get the alignment just right. Unless you own all the tools necessary and feel absolutely comfortable, please have this installed professionally.
