The lock works amazing and perfectly with my entire google nest system. I like that users can be set up to give different people their own individual codes, which in turn tracks who is in and out. Set up is quick and user friendly.

We love this lock! Best money we ever spent. We live in a townhouse style row house so it is a long way down from our bedroom if someone comes to the door. We also have the Nest Doorbell camera so we can see who is there, and let them in remotely if needed. Also love that for forgetful me, it automatically locks after 5 minutes. And it is awesome to just set up a special code for people that need to get in (cleaning lady, houseguest) without giving them permanent access to the house with an actual key. You can also set it up so they only have access on certain days of the week during certain hours. We have had this for more than a year and it was worth every penny. So amazing. 10/10 would recommend.

Put this in a couple years back and have been pleased ever since. I was so tired of replacing keys or locks from kids losing their house key. Now everyone has the code as well as the app to get in the house without having to throw rocks at a window late night to get in.

So far, so good. Looks nice. Works well. Wish it had a sensor that lets It automatically unlock when you are near your door. Like that you can provide access codes to family and friends. Hoping they add connectivity to tools like Amazon echo or google mini.

The app lets us know who goes using the lock and the ability to lock and unlock remotely is nice. It can be configured to lock automatically after a minute making it less of a worry if we may have forgotten to lock the door. We installed a Nest doorbell at the same time so they are kind of working together.

Awesome now i can see how goes in and out my house even when I am far away from my house it is pretty handy specially if you have kids i Love it

This is great. No more key! I pull into my spoke, open the car from my phone and then carry everything in. I lock it with my finger when I leave. Its so easy, just wish it cost less.

Pretty good, compatable with other nest products. If you're installing your self, be ready to trim, adjust, or chip away some of your door jam for it to fit. Its got to lock and unlock freely to work, if theres a slight resistance, it wont lock.

I love my google lock, the only problem is you can not use voice commands with it. I purchased this one instead of the much cheaper non-google one in hope that it would be compatible with voice commands. Also, every now and then, it will loose the wi-fi and you have to reset it.

I thought this lock would be complcated to put in. It was way esier than i thought and works perfectly. My kids loving being able to loack the door with their voice command and i love being able to lock and unlock the door form my car when my hands are full.

Compared up against the other wireless offerings I went with this one in order to sync with my nest account. It's easy to use and install and has given me no issues in the first 4 months. A bit pricey but the app is easy to use.

I installed this keyless lock on a short term rental home. It's so convenient for guests to punch in a code instead of handing off keys. I also have a master code so I can change the guest code frequently and still have mine permanent.

The overall look and feel of the device is great. But it has an apparently known issue with c7000 nighthawk modem wireless issues, it also has no IFTTT integration or echo integration for locking the door. The forethought of adding a 9 bolt power terminal to the exterior in case of battery failure is awesome. I want to really like it, but not being able to pair to wifi since I have a high end modem seems bad. I'm sure it's some form of addressing or packet issue since it completely corrupts the wifi and forces a reboot of the router to regain networking.

This lock is amazing and well worth the cost with all of the options it provides. Installation is very easy. The only issue was making sure the lock extended smoothly into the door jam. To correct this I just had to slightly move the door jam side lock plate.

I've been wanting this for a while. I must say I am thoroughly impressed with it. I've had no trouble with it at all.

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE!! DO NOT BUY!!!!!!! I just purchased this and installed it today. Easy to install into the door, but will NOT CONNECT to Nest connect hub. I’m a college educated business woman; I know what I’m doing. Hardware installation took about 20 min. I’ve worked on getting the lock to connect to Nest connect for 1.5 hours with no luck. I’ve tried moving my router, moving the nest connect, reinstalling it, etc. NOTHING! I should have known better than to purchase this. I have two outdoor nest cameras that I’ve owned for 2.5 years. 6 months ago, one of them randomly quit working and won’t turn on at all. I’m in the market for indoor cameras now (and a replacement outdoor camera), and I will NOT be purchasing another Nest product. I will be returning this and purchasing the competitors product, which is what I should have done initially to save myself the headache and frustration.

We love Nest products and this is no different. It was easy to set up and easy to use. Installation presented a challenge as it won’t work unless it is a clean interface and ours was a bit off and needed adjusting. Once adjusted, it works like a charm

This lock basically does everything you need... remote lock/unlock...temp codes...easy integration with your nest APP. The only major downers are the actual initial connection and the fact that the touch screen isn't as sensitive as I'd like. You have to tap the keypad a few times before they keys illuminate. Otherwise, love it!
