We use Google Nest for everything in our home. This was a no brainer to add. So easy to install and no issues. The price is steep, but it's a great product.

This product was the best decision we made for our home and family! It’s really easy to install and use. There are some nice features in this product especially having different code for different family members and friends.

Easy to install and easy to use. I live in an apartment and have always had a keypad on my door prior to this. Having to remember my key every time I left was annoying. So happy that this is installed.

We bought two of these. Once we got them all set up they did exactly what we need. Love letting people in when im not home.

I will start off by saying that I am a big Nest fan. I have several of their products such as the thermostat, smoke detectors and doorbell. I was very excited to add this to my Nest setup The product is awesome when it works right. Installation was easy. Even if you aren't handy, you can most likely do it yourself and save the money for having a professional come out and do it. Setting it up was also simple. The app guides you through the whole setup. It's even easier to set up when you have other nest products on your network. The touchscreen is very responsive and working it on the app is pretty cool Now comes the part for why its only rated two stars. The Nest Connect, which is the device needed for the lock to communicate with your WiFi, never works right. I had to get a new one the day I bought the lock because I couldn't set it to connect. The new one I received worked just fine for about a month. It lost connection and no matter how many times I try to reset and reconnect it, it doesn't work. Between two calls, I have spent almost 3 hours on the phone with their tech support despite the fact that I am pretty good with tech stuff. They are sending me a new Connect, so we'll see if the third time's the charm. Overall, the product is really cool if you like tech stuff, but the fact that I have gone through two Connects with a third on the way and over 3 hours with their customer service has really turned me off on this product. This product is pretty new to the market, so maybe they just need more time to work out the kinks.

This has been a great lock. I have another brand on a different door and this one is better since I can use it remotely through the app. Good quality, hasn’t let me down yet.

Great way to modernize the home. Helps get rid of unwanted and unneeded keys in the pocket. Unlocking a door has never been more satisfying, exciting, fun and fast. Set up and activation was easy.

So far so good. We've really enjoyed having this lock on our front door. So far we have not had any problems with this lock. It was easy to install and has worked perfectly since I installed it in early January.

I have had several smart locks and this is the easiest to use. Syncs well, very little issues with connectivity. Well made

I’m conflicted on this review because the lock seems like it works well but getting it setup I ran into problems. Initially it worked great but then for some reason the door would not open. I called Yale but they referred me to Google to solve the problem. It turns out if you reset the lock and it’s still not working you need to update the master code in the app and not on the lock. I also had to buy a Wi-Fi extender because my router was too far away. My router is downstairs, only about 50 feet away. Heads up if the door shows disconnected on the nest app.

Love this lock and its features. You can setup temporary guest passcode that expires. You never have to give out your personal passcode. It on the pricier side but worth it for me.

I originally bought this type of door lock from Home Depot. I returned it to Home Depot after some issues. I bought it from Best Buy. It was easy to set up and use. I’d recommend this door lock to everyone.

Have used this product multiple times a day. The App is fantastic. You can add people, give them individual codes which are emailed instructions to them. You can lock, unlock from the app. Installing was okay, if you have three arms. A second person is very helpful. We switched internet and the worse is no way to reset the device without completely taking it apart to reset the password. The app needs this functionality where you can update the network settings. Periodically the device says jammed, unable to lock but it actually is locked. If it hits the metal plating with any resistance you'll get that error.

Amazing product, easy to use and works flawlessly with the google app.

I got one of these with my alarm. I bough this one for the other door and wow. no more worries of forgetting a key or locking yourself out. If you need to let someone in, its a life saver.
