Love the Yale smart lock. This is my third one, just wish bestbuy carried the gold color.

The nest Yale Lock system completed my google home system. If you have Nest Secure you do not need the Yale lock with the module.

I now own three of these locks and they perform as promised. I like them with one minor drawback. For some reason AFTER entering the PIN each time you have to push the green checkmark icon on the lower right corner of the display screen. It is a wasted trip and one that I always have to explain to anyone who is using the lock. I read other reviews and have seen the same comment, great lock ...... but..... I suspect there is some great reason why this step is needed, but it escapes me. Other than that I would give the lock a SIX star rating if I could.

Good looking. Works. Frustrating at times because it does not always lock properly on our door then will not unlock for the next person who arrives. It may be our door?

This is awesome can use with nest app same place as cameras and thermestat so all in one app and works great no problems

I love this thing! Son convinient never have to have my keys! I can unlock the door for my family when my hands are full so they’re not waiting and create pass codes for people ! The only thing is we messed up on the beginning and it was hard to figure out how to reset it but just reset everything to factory settings if the lock is turning the wrong way! It was also a pain to reset it when our internet when out I basically had to start all over again but if you don’t have any of these issues I recommend getting this lock! Pricey but well worth every penny!
