It is great to be able to program codes for the cleaning people and for friends who come to visit. I love being able to walk out the door without a key! I had a different system at my old house and I like that this integrates with the Nest app. I have a thermostat and camera as well. Since the door is at the bottom of the stairs it is also fun to be able to unlock the door when friends are coming over so I don't have to get off my butt and run down there to open the door when they arrive! (Of course I also change the temperature using my phone when I'm sitting on the sofa!)
