Lasted 6 Years with problems - Buyer Beware

Initial installation was good and it performed flawlessly for 2-3 years (when the warranty runs out). About 3 years later, the lock would get stuck about 20% of the time and I would have to use another door to get into the house. The lock stopped working now and I cannot use it as a "dumb" lock or "smart" lock. Google and Yale support has failed at troubleshooting. I'm extremely disappointed at how little the support teams cared. Overall, I'm extremely disappointed at the price versus longevity of the product. I've had $20 key locks that lasted longer. Not recommended
