Great product.easy to use and hate getting my keys out and like new technology

The lock works flawlessly. Love that everyone has there own code and we are aware of who comes and goes.

I’ve always had keyed smart locks in the event that I needed to enter when the code wouldn’t work, but I decided to give it a go without that feature. Overall the lock is great but you need to line up the bolt and the hole in the jamb without any, or a very small amount, of friction. Since I was adding these to an existing door, I needed to slightly adjust the jamb so the bolt closed without any errors. It is nice to see the lock is closed in the nest app. Overall, I’m happy so far.

So far everything is working as described. Installation was smooth and item still currently working.

I love that the Yale links to my alarm and furnace! I unlock the door and my house is ready for me to enter!

Installed into door but could not get it to work with our WiFi even though we had adequate WiFi. Put in the Nest doorbell and that worked fine.

We ended up buying 2 of these because it works so well. You can set up different codes for friends and family and set the days/times in which they are allowed access. It's nice to be able to unlock the door from your phone after a grocery run or if you have your hands full. It is google home compatible and you can lock the doors from the hub, but you cannot unlock which is a good safety feature.

Good quality lock , only thing that its missing would be for siri or google home voice commands to unlock or lock your door

The Nest x Yale smart lock was easy to install. We've been using for approximately 6 months and it has performed well consistently. The battery usage is good. I love the remote lock capability on my phone when it's late at night and I don't want to walk downstairs to make sure front door is locked.
