    Nice door lock that provides access for residents as well as convenient access for contractors and visitors. The fact that it can be controlled by my Nest app makes it just that much better. Installation can be a little cumbersome but is manageable by anyone with basic handyman skills.

    The alarm actually went off at 2am last night alerting us that someone was messing with our back door lock. Very scary stuff but fortunately this awoke us to call police and make sure we were not in danger. Looking at getting the Nest cameras next but this was huge relief thanks to this product. Great functionality as well.

    I love the fact that I can unlock the door before arriving home with stuff in my hands. I purchased this item around 6 months ago and now I’m having issues when locking the door from outside. There is no obstruction and sometimes takes 3 attempts to lock the door and the weirdest thing is that the lock locks itself and keeps repeating that lock cannot completely close and is fully closed.
