Fairly good lock

Owned for 7 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The first weekend we had it installed, I created a temporary passcode for our friend who was going to let our dog in and out throughout the weekend. However, the temporary passcode did not work, and we kept receiving various errors about it. Instead, anytime our friend got to our house, she had to text us and we would have to use the app to go in and lock or unlock the door at that time.

awesome door lock

This is by far the best and smartest locking system we have ever owned. I highly recommend it. The only down side is that it does have a key entry from the outside so if the batteries go dead you are screwed

Must have lock

It is so convenient to not have to worry about getting out my keys or leaving keys out for someone to come let our dog out. I love that you can assign people temporary pins or just unlock the door from your phone. Great product!
