Impressive technology, with excellent integration with Nest cameras and thermostat. We’re really counting on Google to keep it classy with support.

I had to have a locksmith install mine because I didnt have the tools to drill the correct hole, and chisel out the door jamb. After installation, it is working pretty well. I had to re-connect it to wi-fi, but once I did, it works as advertised. Works well with my Google Home Hub and I-phone.

Pairing the Next x Yale - Smart Lock with the nest connect was the most difficult part of the install. I found that removing the nest connect from your list of nest devices and adding it back was the quickest way to pair the two devices. After that, it's stayed connected and been great to use.

The lock works pretty well with my phone. The price is right.

Smart lock is great no need for keys anymore. Set your own password for each individual in the home works great even for unlocking doors from out of town. 

Installation to door was easy. When I tried to connect it to the Nest App, the lock would not connect. After several hours of trying to get it to connect, I tried to call customer support. Nest currently does not have over the phone support so I tried to talk to them over online chat. All they did was send me troubleshooting instructions that I had already googled and attempted. After reading several reviews, I’m not the only one that’s had this problem. One review stated that it was a known iPhone issue. If I could give zero stars, I would. I will be returning this product.

This is one of my best purchases yet. So nice to be able to let utility providers in remotely (that I trust mind you). I enjoy receiving an alert that the door is unlocked, and by who, since you can program multiple codes. A bit pricey, but worth it since most of our tech is in the Nest family.

This is the second Nest lock we have purchased. Both have worked great, with no complaints. It links to our Google account and let’s us know when someone locks or unlocks the door. It can also remind you when you forget to lock the door, and do so for you.

Easy to install and setup. I do wish it was compatible with Alexa.

I really like this product although the nest connect did not work. Be very patient when you are installing the connect and the lock, sometimes it takes longer to connect them to the home wi-fi. I had to buy another for $74 from another store because Best Buy did not have it available, but I am really enjoying this product.

Lock was easy to install and easy to use. Very happy with it.

I don’t use this much because I usually go through the garage door but I went out of town and had a package at my door. Called a friend and was able to open the door from my phone and make sure it locked after. That peace of mind is worth every penny.

It's expensive but Very easy to install and very reliable

although this was the only lock I could find to work with my nest/Google home, I would have chosen it either way. Its a great door lock that taps into our system nicely and I can remotely access from my phone. It is pricey thou and you should look for sales.

I have really got a lot of usage out of this lock. The notifications that I get when someone enters my home are helpful. Even if they don’t get the door to lock it will send me a notification and I can text or call the person to go back and lock it.

Lock works well once it is set up but with iPhone was alittle but of a struggle. Customer service helped a ton but would be nice it it was easier for iPhone users!!!

As with other items in the Nest ecosystem, it connects and integrates really well. Being able to unlock the door for folks who came by unscheduled for work has been awesome. Only knock on the product is it has a rather weak motor and errors out if the deadbolt actuation is a little more difficult/“sticky” like my door.
