I bought this product for added security to my home . Geek Squad arrived to install unfortunately the installation was not a success because my door needs to be modified . I am very disappointed. Maybe someday when I decided to buy a new door , I will try again .

Good product providing a great way to let people in when you need without having to have extra keys. Remote lock/unlock or create specific access codes. Track who locks/unlocks. Works through the Nest App.

I gave it only 4 stars because the installation was not as easy as they say. The lock would say not able to lock yet it had plenty of room. It was not as fun installing. But afterwards it does work great and I enjoy not using a key as much

This lock is amazing and it ties into my home security network. Little on the pricier side and need to have batteries on standby but that is the only change I would recommend is something that keeps it powered longer than regular batteries

I love my new Nest x Yale Smart Lock. It works like a charm! The two technicians Kevin & Wade were excellent in setting up my new home theater system.

I purchased two of these for our new house as I didn’t want to have keys anymore. They were expensive, and I had issues with installing them, but after a few hours, I got the job done. The only thing I’d suggest improving the built in speaker as it’s quality is a bit poor.

The first unit I purchased didn't work...so had to exchange it. The replacement works great! The ability to unlock or change the code remotely is really terrific. The only reason I won't give it 5 stars is that it requires a separate (wireless) "dongle" to be plugged into the wall to provide wifi connection to the door lock.

Works as you would expect it to. It is very convenient for allowing others temporary acces to the house

The lock worked as it was supposed to and connected quickly and correctly to my Nest & Google integrated home. I did have to make some minor adjustments to my door and strike plate to make it fit correctly. I will say it does need to fit just right in order to work.

We were very frustrated by this product because it was always "off line" for the first weeks. Once we got a wifi extender for the house, we have not been off line since. The keypad was very helpful when we had painters in/out of the house. We didn't have to give them a key and they had their own access code we could delete.

Love this system. I have all the gadgets. Just be sure to keep your account secure. If you get hacked you’re locked out

This lock is excellent. It is being use for an office door. All employees have their own code and we can track when unlocking the door. During installation make sure the lock and phone are on the same network. Some firewalls might give you an issue. Call support if you need help.

simple to install and was able to sync it with our other nest security equipment.

We were always leaving a door unlocked at night, so I bought these to keep that from happening. Now all the door lock automatically and I don't have to check them all at night before going to bed. The Nest system is pretty cool

We love this thing. We can give loved ones their own code. Set temporary codes for others. It has helped us out on more than one occasion. Best thing is about it is no key!

Works good, Had to install it myself since Best Buy's instalment Tech was a no show , no call, no email, no text.

Very pleased that I can have keyless access and have the ability to open the lock from my phone remotely.
