So, to be completely honest it does a heck of a lot better than my last phone. I am able to quickly check email, surf the net and the blue tooth connects right to my car. I love it. i would recommend the extended warranty as the phone does not hold up well to tile floors. However, the warranty solved that problem.

One of my colleagues had been prodding me to "up my game" with a new cell phone, and I am pleased to let him know that I followed his advice.

When I use the voice command features, people think I'm on an iPhone... Good clear screen, decent sound quality, nothing not to like about the phone. Astounding value for the price.

Posted .Good morning, ebp1970. Here are some tips for you to save battery life:
Make sure the phone’s applications and internet connection are closed/off
Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and GPS are off.
Use Branded approved charger .
Lower the screen brightness and ensure the screen time out is at 30 seconds.
Remove live wallpaper.
If the phone is slow, sluggish or freezing, you may need to remove and/or re-install the last application downloaded. ^Angel.

The only issue we had with it is the computer automated system issues numbers outside of our calling area, making my phone number long distance for my family. It creates the inability for some to call my phone number. We spoke with a representative from the company and they said there was nothing they could do to resolve the issue. The phone itself works great though.

Tried to get help but, got someone who could not speak English enough to assist me. They wanted me to give them a credit card...I refused. I bought a Net10 card for $25, but it they would accept it.
