It is great for people that have multiple home security systems (automated door locks/cameras/multiple computers). Definitely not for the light of heart as most people have many hubs that need to be placed through the switch. But for a super tech home - it is needed.

I bought this switch in an emergency to replace a mail order switch that was doa. I guess I got what I paid for with the mail order switch. This one for right into my server rack and works perfectly. I wish it was wider, but the mounting brackets seem stable.

I bought this to replace a 16 port switch that had run out of ports. I have these same units in use elsewhere and the work fine.

We bought this in a pinch because we thought our 8 port wasn’t working. It was available and does what it’s supposed to.

I used this Switch to replace an earlier version, find the metal constructed units, last longer than the plastic built ones. Would love to see a metal version, LED's on the front, cable ports on the back. Most of my units sit on desks, with cables at the rear.

I bought this to replace my combination of 3x 5-port and 8-port switches along with the router. I now have everything connected to this and this to the router. It works great and I've lost no connectivity!!
