Didn't drop my Apple Products

After an attempt at Netgear tech support because the router was not seeing Verizon... I simply called Verizon and had them send a reset signal to the FiOs modem. The Netgear router has worked flawlessly since. I recommend the hardware if you won't have to call for support.

easy to set up

The only downside is that the plastic case feels a little cheap, but in terms of functionality it works perfect. Very happy with it and it's small form factor fits great on my desk.
