The deice is a plug and play, with no switches. Too early to tell, but it seems there is no signal degradation.

First time user, seems to be doing fine one month in. Set up was easy and made it possible to connect my internet and tv.

If you're in quick need of a relatively cheap network switch for something like an office with only one network port, you'll be OK with this unit. It is very small and supports gigabit ethernet, so what more can you ask for?

Yup, it connects my sonos, apple tv and wii to my network with better download time than the wify gives.

This new unmanaged switch is fabulous. We always suspected a bottleneck somewhere in our network. Who knew that the least used service area with a slower switch would actually drag down the rest of the overall network's performance.

I’m using this switch behind my tv where the wireless signal is low. Works great! I’m using all 4 ports to connect my smart tv, Blu Ray player, Apple TV and Switch game console. Great not worrying about connection strength while streaming or gaming.

If you are in need of a very cheap switch to extend your network and your network is not extremely high traffic, this is ideal. In some areas of my network at home I would never consider putting this switch there because of the 100Mb bottleneck.
