I like wireless, but I recommend to put as much as you can, devices that are fixed in your house, on cable to take away from wireless load which eat CPU and power more than cable. What I can say about these mini switches (btw I bought one and then came back and bought 4 more): just buy them if you need fast simple split where you have 1 cable and more than one devices. No need to trust me, just search and read the reviews. I like the KISS model (keep it simple stupid) and these are just that.
