This unit was easy to mount on way and connect to all but one device. Found out the credit card payment device would not work through it but had to be wired direct to the cable modem router.

It works great! We wish we had bought one from Best Buy a long time ago. We bought it for home use to give us faster speeds and more secure hard line connections to our living room tv and Play Station.

Purchased this the other day when I was redoing my home network set up. Once I got everything set up, I realized that I would not need this 8 port switch but I have the same switch in a 5 port set up. Like NetGear switches! Not to fond of their modems and routers though. Just my personal preference.

Netgear Prosafe products are solid! Just touching them and lifting them reveal how well they're made along with the enhanced warranty & support! Needed some extra ethernet ports for the home AV system and was able to integrate this easily & get high speed instead of resorting to using slower & busier wifi. No problems in recommending this!

Best Switch Ever!! So when I got my new Google Mesh 3 tier Router I need to plug in several devices I have. This worked out perfectly. All you do is plug and play it's that easy. I might even get another on because I'm adding new devices all of he time. Great Product! Great buy! Thank you Best Buy!

This little switch did the trick when we needed more ethernet connections in our network. Seven additional ports is nice for duture expansion in addition to what we need now. It dies everything we need it to.

I needed to plug a second wired computer to get internet due to security issues. Purchased this product and set up was so easy. Even someone with limited computer skills could set it up.

I had another brands switch die killing my wired network in the middle of updating Linux servers. I replace all of my network devices the next day. Netgear was the only product I trust for consumer grade products. Netgear has been around a long time with reliable products without going into the professional networking devices.

This is a solid, easy to use ethernet networking switch. I have had zero problems with it since setting it up, and have had no bottlenecking issues at all that I have been able to detect, even with a PC, wired Roku running 4K HDR video, PS5 online gameplay, and PS4 Pro online gameplay all running at the same time.

It does what it’s supposed to do at a good price point. This is my second one of these. The first o e was left behind when we sold our house. Very easy to set up by just plugging in the network cables and the power cable
