Its a sturdy reliable switch. Nothing fancy but there shouldn't be anything that is fancy with a product like this. So far, it has been reliable. Very happy.

When you need additional ports this is a great product for the job. I've been a fan of Netgear for some time.

This unit has been great as of yet tv and game console connected on it with no issues.

With all the low voltage wiring in our house, having this switch doing the simple job we need without issues is a major bonus.

This is my first switch so I have no comparison to other brands. I've used Netgear products in the past so went with their switch. It is doing exactly what it is intended to do...adds ethernet ports.

Just plug it in and it works; can't beat that. I hooked this up downstream from my Eero pro router to add ports. Would definitely recommend.

Performance has been great. Switch is silent, so it sits on my desk all day with no annoying noise. Basically, nothing I'd change on the peoducr.

If you are looking for an inexpensive router with high quality, then this one is excellent. I have my home wired for ethernet throughout, and this router is enough to feed 7 lines with the 8th being the main ethernet. Plug the main into any port and it feeds them all. I was able to transfer ps4 data to another by just connecting cables through the router. It is especially good for going directly into your smart tv’s or pc. And you can set it and forget it as it never needs to be rebooted.

The perfect solution to extend your reach if your router is too far away for a good signal!! Price was reasonable as well!

This solved my ethernet problems! I was being restricted by my old switch, it wasn't compatible with gig speeds but this works great!
