    This is my third Gigabit switch. The first one I bought was a 5 port Linksys, and after a few months it stopped working. Then I bought an 8 port Trendnet, and that lasted about a month and a half. I'm not sure what went wrong this them. I've only had the Netgear one for about a week, and so far so good. Hoping third times the charm.

    Plug and play what could be better. Transmission and receive rates seemed very good no delay and the cost was a minor system cost
