Simple "plug and play." Nothing to set or configure. The casing is pretty solid. We had an older model that we used for many years and it finally started to go, so we replaced it with this newer model. Easy to install and no problems yet.

Great product! I have this connecting all of my devices. I have two work computers, PS4, Philips bridge, and an AppleTV. I’m able to maintain my speed, and rarely have connection issues.

This device was exactly as advertised and set up was even easier than I expected. It is working flawlessly and accomplishing exactly what I needed on my home network. If you are thinking of this product, don't delay - it works!

It works as promised, right out of the box. The only thing that could make it better would be to have the ports on the back of the device.

If you are in IT, and need something easy to use, this is your switch

This is much better to use at home wired connection for 3 Ultimate Roku devices, and Smart TV without interrupted to watch movie or you tub. This 8 port netgear replaced my 5 port netgear. No disapponitment at all.

Easy to setup-comes with brackets that work great for mounting to the wall. Make sure you have an extra Ethernet cord on hand to plug this device into your router. No negatives to this point-would recommend this product.

The Netgear 8- Port 10/100/1000 Gigabit Ethernet Unmanaged Switch worked perfectly as we were able add additional ports for out many devices. Very easy to connect and we highly recommend this product.

Worked perfectly! Just what we needed to consolidate our connections.

I mounted this switch inside the metal wiring enclosure in my laundry room wall and haven't touched it since. Now all my rooms are connected and I was able to move my router to a more appropriate location.

I needed to add three wired ports to my Comcast xfi modem, as it only has room for two I added the Netgear 8port switch. The setup was easy and it worked perfectly. This allows a more secure wired network connection.

Works as intended and has been a hug help! I haven't messed around the software it came with, but all in all it works great.
