Upgraded to the Google Mesh System. They only have one Ethernet port per device, so I decided to go with a switch in my office. Very easy to setup, no problems with network connectivity to multiple devices hardwire. Highly recommend.

Perfect for a larger house where configuring switchports can be complicated and your router from your ISP only has 4 ports, the unmanaged Netgear switch is perfect and is simple plug and play.

I had too many devices to hook into my router and not enough ports to hook them into. This device does the job. Plenty of ethernet ports and quality of my internet is not compromised. Got this on sale at Best Buy.

Did more research and ended up going with very nice Netgear Nighthawk router for faster speeds and wifi capabilities. I originally wanted this to allow more ethernet wires from modem to plug into new next gen tv and consoles for best performance. Which led me down to eventually upgrading my modem to a next gen and getting a next gen router. Though if you're not needing all that then this is a great option to get more ethernet connections.

I replaced two 4/5 port switches with this one. It was easy to install. Just plug it in, connect the other devices, and it worked. It was nice to have 8 ports and declutter the cabinet by having one less device in it.

Works as advertised. I have recently dropped cox cable and in the process of routing cat6 cable to all the rooms to reduce wifi reliance. This switch has been working great to provide the additional connection ports.

I'm always satisfied with Netgear Unmanaged switches. They help me replicate ports on my network for ad-hoc items without a problem. This thing works very well, and if I need another, I'm buying this.

No setup, just plug and play. If you need more wired ethernet ports than this will do the trick. Will likely be upgrading my home network to 2.5gb but for now it does what I need it to do.
