    What can I say it's NETGEAR. Netgear has never dissapointed me in many years of use in the IT realm. Bought this one to expand the ports on my home network router. Netgear is well built and great for heavy duty use. This is a simple, unmanaged , plug and play switch. This switch is well suited for Voice Over IP and other bandwidth thirsty applications.

    The switch does as advertised and basically splits the stream of data amongst the ports as designed. Allows me to add 7 ports to my two port foigle home router, so it greatly increased my ability to cable directly to my home appliances rather than go over wifi

    Thanks, Best Buy! We work from home and were in sudden desperate need of a new router. Best Buy had them in-store, and a fantastic employee took the time to discuss the pros and cons of the devices available.
