Unmanaged ethernet switch. It works.
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not much to say here. Netgear network products like this are pretty foolproof. They just work. No software to install. It runs cool and works. Day and night. This is my second Netgear unmanaged switch in the last 15 years. The other one still works fine but I bought this one because it is faster (gigabit) and has more ports (8).

Nice plug and play switch
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A nice switch that is plug and play. Nothing else to say but just that it works and speed seems comparable to my other switch. Adds range and connection to my existing network at home.

Can't go wrong with Netgear
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Simple network switch. Netgear is a solid company. I chose them over others because I like that it has a metal case. So it's nice and rugged, with a couple of mounting options. I upgraded from a Netgear 5 port switch to this 8 port switch. Both worked perfectly. I am happy.

Great Product for a Great Price
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Needed more ports with my whole home wifi system Eero and this did the trick. The price was great for 8 extra ports and have had no issues yet. Netgear usually does well and this is no different. If you rather have things wired in your home this is a great way to look.

Works as it should.
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this to replace a 16 port version that had gotten the worse side of some lightning strikes. I really need only 8 ports...got the 16 in case I needed to add any. Store was out of the 16 port, so I got the 8 port. Works as it should.

The Blue Switch
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.NETGEAR - 8-Port 10/100/1000 Gigabit Unmanaged Switch - blue is a very friendly and heavy-duty switch. If you need a simple-to-use unmanaged switch that will expand the ports on your WiFi or WiFi Mesh router or business node, it can't get much easier than NETGEAR - 8-Port 10/100/1000 Gigabit Unmanaged Switch - blue. Plug it in, plug in a patch cable between your Wal connection, modem, or WiFi router. NETGEAR - 8-Port 10/100/1000 Gigabit Unmanaged Switch - blue will do the job, and you have 7 additional ports to use with your games. It certainly helped me out with expanding my new Mesh WiFi system to connect all of the computers and network devices in my media room and many more uses in the house. You can't ask for better, for you got it and for a fair price. I'm going to buy it again.
