Accidentally hit the power button and thought it broke because it wasn’t working but turns out I’m just old. Works great and as expected. Managed might be better but this works if you don’t care about that.

The switch allowed me to run a single wire from the router next to the modem to the entertainment PC, the TV and the Blu ray player.

We just got GIG internet and this allows us to wire all of our electronics so that we can maximize our new internet speed.

I first bought the 5 port but saw this one went on sale for 10 dollars more. Love that the power cord is longer than the 5port

There isn't much to say for simple 8-port switch. Works fine. There are cheaper ones you can buy which offer the same function. I bought what was convenient at the time I needed it. No complaints, but there are better options if you are looking for value for money.

Love this so much I bought a second one to use in our second media closet. Literally plug and play!

Does what it was designed to do quietly and efficiently. Have had few things to say good or bad about it.

I was in need of a switch for a network upgrade and I found what I needed at Beat Buy. I even bought an extra in case I need it later.

This switch worked great right out of the box! It has rubber/siicone feet, but also has mounting screws if they are needed. No problems so far!

If you have an electronics-heavy household the switch is a great way to expand options for devices that need to be hardwired rather than wifi operated.

I replaced a Dynex with this one. I thought my network or cables was having issues, but after replacing it with this one I haven't had any more issues.

I have a lot of device on my network. Luckily I was able to find this device that could expand it. BestBuy matched another competitor's price which was awesome.

if you prefer to have your wired network than to have everything with wifi this switch will not let you down

Had a 4 port and had to expand. 8 port is working just as good as the 4 port did. Don't seem to be losing much efficiency yet. Love it.

This item works great. it sends a connection to where i need it in my home.

If u have the know how go wired if u can. No buffering or interferences. Never have to worry about wifi on devices that have the option to HW

Great "sit on the shelf" / "desktop" kind of switch. Perfect for home or office use. Netgear is a well known company with good, quality products!
