Plugged it in and worked immediately

They were both netgear switches and I was hoping just to use the old power adapter. I was pleasantly surprised that both were the same although the base was a different shape. Plugged it in and after about 15 seconds it started working without a problem. It is in a rugged warehouse setting, hot and a large amount of dust, it has been working non-stop since it was turned on.

It is wall-mountable, which is recommended because it's lightweight design doesn't prevent it from being pulled off a flat surface with more than one cable plugged in. Therefore, 4 instead of 5 stars.
