Easy setup, quick to install, attractive package - sits on the tv stand

Nice entry level switch to accommodate multiple hard wire connections in the home. I had this device up and running in 5 minutes with 5 devices (3 computers, 1 cellular extender and 1 router). Requires no special configuration, simply plug and play. Small space in basement required sideways installation so it makes it hard to see the light indicators for connection.

Does exactly what it should and a great price range.

As I try to hard wire as many devices using Internet as possible to keep our Wi-Fi freed up I needed many more HDMI ports then the four allowed on my wireless router. This was much cheaper than I thought I was going to have to spend for up to a gigabyte of speed. I see no slow down and performance from all our Verizon FiOS.

Hooked this up in my home theater room so I could run a single Ethernet from the router in another room. Works perfect

Simply does was it's supposed to and does it well. No need for tech savy-ness here, just make your connections, plug it in and forget about it. This is an un-managed switch which is all that almost every home user will ever want/need for a home network. If you don't know the difference between managed and un-managed switches you do not need a managed one.

Was having network connection issues. Bought this, plugged it in, and everything works great. No lost network connections. All my devices are connecting at full speed now. And it looks sleek, too. Even though it's in the closet and I don't look at it often. Connects to PC's, iMac, Bluray player, Apple TV, and Smart TV.

This is a switch and not a router. You will need a router connected before this device to work and avoid IP conflicts. This is basically a Ethernet splutter when you need more wired ports after a router. This is also gigabit so it will not bottleneck your speeds to lower than 100 Mbps

Not tech savvy so i will keep it simple. I purchased this gigabit switch to run with my NETGEAR - Universal Wi-Fi Range Extender with Ethernet port and my netgear 1700 nighthawk. I am a gamer so i wanted all my devices to be connected by ethernet port to reduce the lag effect. So far so good this device has performed to my expeectations. I cannot give it a 5 star as i have not test the longevity of the product...only purchased 2 months ago so will post another review if it craps out. :)

I needed a basic switch for home network. I didn't want to spend much, but still needed a decent switch. This is working just fine.

I had a single Cat 5e cable at my TV and needed additional Ethernet ports. The unmanaged hub did the job. Low profile and easy to hide.

This is our 4th switch in the house. While wifi is great, you often need more ports in a single location. We added wireless controls for our HVAC system and needed to connect additional items to the internet. We already had one of these switches so opted for another. And to boot, it was on sale.
