I replaced an ancient Netgear 100baseT switch when one port went bad. I'm expecting to get as many years out of the new switch. It's getting difficult to find wired ethernet parts in local stores, so I was pleased to find a Netgear device at all.

replaced a 5-port netgear switch that got damaged during a power surge. work well with my current system.

I bought two, one at the modem to distribute throughout the various rooms in the house and one in the media room that has all the ports in use :-). Knock wood, no issues!

No complaints about this switch. Works great out of the box. Using this to connect our wired outlets to Google WiFi. This is a great buy if you are needing to connect multiple wired devices to your network easily.

I love NETGEAR products because they are so simple and easy to use. You don't need to know anything IT related to be able to properly set up and use this product as it requires no configuration.

i like the new design, it is very light weight and has an on/ff switch

It works great and I have not had any issues or equipment failures.

Inexpensive solution: been using the switch for about three months and it works like a champ . Easy to set up work right out-of-the-box no installation other than plugging cables into it in the wall, would definitely recommend

This product has it all: good design, superior functionality, ease of installation, and appropriate pricing. I added this Ethernet hub to my home network in less that 15 minutes. Highly recommend this product. There is a 5 port model as well.

Works perfect. Super easy to install, and fed every data port we wired into our new home. Not having to use WiFi on the TV or in my office has been nice.

I didnt use it for long since i have amazon eeros, but for more ethernet ports, its a simple plug and go

I replaced a 12 year old router that had stopped working with this switch and a new wireless router. The switch is fast and works perfectly. Just plugged it in and connected the various ethernet cables to various rooms in my house. No issues.

Not a bad switch for home use. I wish they still had the 16 port.

I needed a switcher when we moved into a new house and this one was great. It had the right outputs that I needed and was simple to setup, with no issues at all. I would recommend it.
