Great 8-Port Netgear Switch!

Seems to be "Plug-n-Play" if your equipment is all setup correctly. If your equipment is not transmitting an IP address properly, this switch will not automatically find the IP Address. But, I don't know if any switch is supposed to find an IP address without the connected device sending pne.
