Free up LAN ports on your router

It frees up your router's LAN ports. Very small footprint. When power cycling your devices from the modem, make sure this is the last device you power on, followed by the devices plugged in to it, so DHCP can assign IP addresses. But you knew that.

Worth Every Penny

I put this switch in to my office (four computers and a printer) to reduce the load on my wireless router and network extender. The switch worked brilliantly and I have not had to reboot the wireless router or extender since. Thank you Netgear for this excellent product.
